We offer a corporate finance module, which covers an in-depth application of the principles of corporate or business analysis, aimed at strengthening the value creation concept, working capital techniques, and the implications against capital structuring and various corporate financing strategies (Investing, Financing, and Dividend strategies).
Participants can expect to improve their analytical skills, moving away from mere ratio calculations into solid interpretation of the ratios for a better understanding of the client’s financial position and, therefore solutions.
